Booking is handled through Jane App. Pick a session length, choose a time that works, and you’ll get a confirmation by email.

First time?

Most new clients start with a 45-minute First Visit. It’s a lower-commitment way to meet, review your intake, and address one thing — without committing to a full session.

Returning?

Pick the session length you usually book. If you’d like to switch modalities or focus, mention it in the booking notes or in person.
