A shorter, intentional session. May include consultation, Visceral Manipulation, CranioSacral, SMRT, deep tissue, and Swedish — based on your individual needs. No pressure to rebook.
What it’s not
Setting expectations honestly.
Not a full treatment.
45 minutes is enough to address one area meaningfully. It is not enough to do full-body work. If you know you want a longer session, book the 60 or 90 instead.
Not a sales pitch.
There’s no pressure to rebook. If we’re a fit, you’ll know. If not, you’ll know that too. The 45-minute session exists because committing to a stranger for 90 minutes is a big ask. This is the smaller ask.
Before your first visit
Please download and review the informed consent form before your appointment. We’ll sign it together when you arrive, or you’re welcome to bring a printed signed copy. It covers what to expect, your rights as a client, draping protocol, professional conduct, cancellation policy, and HIPAA.
